+ In this paper I'll try to discuss about some new problems that in my opinion technology evolution is bringing in the concept of \textbf{individual privacy}.\\
+ Some authors, that already published on the topic, sustain that we should operate a change in the fundamentals rights of the human, in order to include the right to \textit{privacy} as a fundamental right for the individual.\\
+ Should we extend this also to the concept of \textbf{online privacy}? I'll try to argument and give my answer on this topic.\\
+ My analysis will mainly proceed by showing what happens or what could happen when we give up the right to individual privacy, and I'll try to explain why this scenario is not desirable.
